It's pretty difficult to gauge how good of an athlete you truly are.  Your parents might tell you one thing, your coaches another thing. One local training facility, in partnership with Nike, will tell you how good of an athlete you truly are.

On Saturday morning, Velocity Sports Performance - a brand new sports training center located on 25461 Rye Canyon Road in Santa Clarita - will host the Nike SPARQ Training 2008 My Better Championship.
